Premium Party Bus Service in Austin
Party Bus In Austin has been coordinating group transportation across Central Texas since 2011 — more than a decade of Longhorn tailgates, SXSW shuttles, corporate runs between the Domain and downtown, and everything in between. Our 24/7 reservation team is one call away at any hour, and our online tool delivers an exact, all-inclusive price in under 30 seconds with no surprises once you book. We offer a massive variety of vehicles — 14-passenger Sprinter limos, 15- to 50-passenger party buses, 15- to 35-passenger minibuses, and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses — so your group is never paying for empty seats.
A 15- to 35-passenger minibus is the right pick for corporate transfers between the Frost Bank Tower and hotels along West Sixth, or for a wedding guest shuttle between the Driskill and a venue in Dripping Springs. For large-scale events like ACL Fest at Zilker Park or a UT game at Darrell K Royal, a 56-passenger charter bus handles the whole crew with undercarriage storage for tailgate gear and an onboard restroom for the long haul south on I-35. Whatever the occasion in Austin, we have the vehicle and the plan ready.

Austin Party Bus Rental Prices
Party Bus In Austin provides all-inclusive pricing online in under 30 seconds — you will know the exact number before you ever commit. Our Austin party bus and charter bus rental prices break down as follows: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.
Pricing shifts based on mileage, vehicle type, and time of year — SXSW week (March), ACL weekends (October), and UT home game Saturdays all tighten the fleet fast. Splitting a $2,400 bus across 40 people works out to about $60 a head — less than surge-priced rideshares at 1 a.m. on Sixth Street. Why Book Your Austin Party Bus With Us?
Austin traffic is genuinely brutal in ways that catch out-of-towners off guard. I-35 through downtown backs up on an ordinary Tuesday; on a UT game day it turns into a parking lot from Ben White to 183. During SXSW, downtown streets around the Austin Convention Center close to through traffic and rideshare wait times stretch past 45 minutes.
The South Lamar corridor during ACL weekend, the stretch of East Sixth on any Friday night, the approach to Austin-Bergstrom on holiday weekends — all of it is navigation you do not want your group juggling across six separate cars.
When you book an Austin party bus or charter bus through Party Bus In Austin, that whole problem disappears. Your group loads at one spot, arrives at one drop-off, and the route is taken care of. No one draws the short straw as the designated driver, and no one gets separated trying to find parking in the Warehouse District at midnight.
We have been placing groups exactly where they need to be — Gate 1 at Moody Center, the South Congress Hotel entrance, the charter zone at Austin-Bergstrom — since 2011, and our 24/7 team stays on call for every itinerary change that comes up along the way. That consistency is why Austin groups keep coming back. Call 512-375-4204 any time for a no-obligation quote.
Group & Event Transportation Services in Austin
Party Bus In Austin coordinates group transportation for every occasion across the Texas capital and beyond — airport transfers, bachelorette nights, weddings, prom, corporate shuttles, sporting events, concerts, school field trips, and more. Whatever brings your group together in Austin, we have a vehicle and a plan. Call 512-375-4204 to get your group moving today!

Austin Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) (3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719) sits roughly 8 miles southeast of downtown via TX-71 East — a 15-minute drive at 10 a.m. on a Wednesday, and a 40-minute slog on a Friday afternoon when I-35 and 71 are stacked. Charter and commercial bus pickups at AUS use the Landside Terminal curbside lanes on the lower Arrivals level, east of the baggage claim exits near the Ground Transportation area. Have your group coordinator wait until every bag is collected and the full group is together before calling the bus to the curb — AUS enforces short staging windows and the loading zone turns over fast.
For incoming groups heading to a hotel on West Second Street or a convention at the Austin Convention Center (500 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78701), one charter bus handles the whole crew and all the luggage in a single pass rather than coordinating five rideshares across three arrival waves. We also cover connecting runs to San Antonio International or return transfers for groups that fly into Austin but depart from Dallas Love Field. Call 512-375-4204 to lock in your AUS airport shuttle today.

Austin Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Austin is one of the top bachelorette destinations in the country, and for good reason — Sixth Street, Rainey Street, East Austin, and South Congress all offer something different, and you can hit all four in a single night with the right wheels. The catch is that parking across these corridors is either expensive, scarce, or both: the garage on Lavaca Street fills by 9 p.m. on weekends, street parking on Rainey Street is a five-minute walk on a good night and a myth on a bad one, and Uber surge kicks in hard after midnight when tens of thousands of people all tap the app at once.
A party bus for your Austin bachelorette means the group stays together from the first stop to the last call — no splitting into three rideshares trying to stay in the same place at 2 a.m. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses include a full onboard bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound so the energy runs from pickup through the ride home. Build a custom schedule through the dive bars on East Sixth, the rooftop cocktails at the Skylark Lounge, and a final stop at Esther's Follies (525 E 6th St, Austin, TX 78701) — or let our team suggest the route.
No drawing straws, no drama. Call 512-375-4204 to plan your night.

Austin Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Austin's quinceañera and birthday scene is vibrant across the East Side, South Austin, and the surrounding suburbs — and a party bus arrival sets the tone for the entire night. Our party buses are fully ready for custom color schemes, pre-loaded playlists, and themed setups before the first guest boards. Whether the celebration heads to a venue in Pflugerville, a hall in Round Rock, or a private event space in the Warehouse District, Party Bus In Austin matches you with a vehicle that fits the headcount without charging for empty seats.
For adult milestone birthdays headed to rooftop bars on West Sixth or late-night spots like Barbarella (615 Red River St, Austin, TX 78701), a party bus keeps the crew together and the energy high from the first toast to the last song. Instead of asking guests to navigate unfamiliar one-way streets around downtown Austin or hunt for meter parking after 10 p.m., one call to 512-375-4204 handles pickup, drop-off, and every stop in between.

Austin Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Austin earns its "Live Music Capital of the World" title with a relentless concert calendar, and getting your group to the show — and home after it — is where things get complicated. Moody Center (2001 Robert Dedman Dr, Austin, TX 78712) on the UT campus holds up to 15,000 for major touring acts; parking around the Forty Acres disappears on concert nights, and the surrounding streets near Guadalupe feed into the same gridlock that hits on game days. Charter bus drop-off at Moody Center is on Robert Dedman Drive at the main plaza entrance.
Stubb's Amphitheater (801 Red River St, Austin, TX 78701) anchors the Red River Cultural District, where street parking is essentially nonexistent after 7 p.m. and Red River Street itself gets closed for major festival weekends. During SXSW in March, the entire corridor from 6th Street to 11th Street on Red River is saturated — your Austin concert bus rental drops the group at the door and returns when the set ends. The Long Center for the Performing Arts (701 W Riverside Dr, Austin, TX 78704) has its own charter staging area on Riverside Drive.
Call 512-375-4204 and we will build the route around your show date.

Austin Corporate Event Transportation
Austin's tech corridor has grown into one of the densest corporate campuses in the Southwest — and shuttling employees, clients, or conference speakers across it is a daily logistical challenge. The Domain (11601 Domain Dr, Austin, TX 78758) in North Austin hosts the offices of Apple, Amazon, Facebook, and dozens of smaller firms; getting a team from Domain-area hotels to a keynote at the Austin Convention Center during a major conference week means navigating US-183, MoPac, and downtown — all of which back up simultaneously by 8:30 a.m.
A dedicated corporate shuttle loop handles that commute cleanly, with WiFi and power outlets keeping your team productive on the ride in. For large-scale events at the Austin Convention Center or a private dinner at the AT&T Hotel & Conference Center at UT (1900 University Ave, Austin, TX 78705), a 56-passenger charter bus moves an entire executive group in one coordinated transfer instead of a caravan of rideshares arriving in waves. Call 512-375-4204 to discuss Austin corporate shuttle contracts and group rates.

Austin Private Event Transportation Services
Austin's festival calendar is one of the most demanding in the country. Austin City Limits Music Festival draws roughly 75,000 attendees per day to Zilker Park (2100 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78746) across two back-to-back weekends in October — and the surrounding streets in Zilker and South Austin become gridlocked from noon until well after midnight. Rideshare pricing surges to 3–4x on busy festival evenings, and the Barton Springs Road corridor backs up past MoPac both directions.
A private charter bus gets your group to the designated drop-off area before the worst congestion sets in. For family reunions that want to hit the Blanton Museum of Art, the LBJ Presidential Library, and lunch on South Congress in one day, one bus keeps everyone on schedule without juggling six cars across Austin's notoriously confusing one-way downtown grid. Eeyore's Birthday Party in Pease Park each April, the Texas Tribune Festival in September, and Formula 1 at Circuit of the Americas in October are three more events where private transportation beats the alternative decisively — and where buses book out weeks in advance.
Call 512-375-4204 to build a plan scaled to your group.

Austin Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season across Austin ISD, Round Rock ISD, Pflugerville ISD, and the other major metro districts hits from late April through May — a roughly five-week window when the demand for party buses across Central Texas spikes sharply. For prom: book by December or expect premium rates or no availability. A typical 6-hour prom rental for 30 students — school pickup, a photo stop at Auditorium Shores on Lady Bird Lake, venue drop-off at a downtown hotel ballroom, and an after-party return — runs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when locked in 4–6 months early, but $2,800–$3,500 or more at the last minute.
Party Bus In Austin works with parent committees and student groups throughout the metro area to coordinate prom transportation from the first quote to the final drop-off. Onboard amenities like LED lighting, a sound system, and flat-screen TVs make the ride itself part of the memory. Call 512-375-4204 now to secure your date before the calendar fills.

Austin School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones across Austin ISD and the surrounding districts count on Party Bus In Austin for field trips because coordinating carpools across Austin's highway system — MoPac, I-35, US-183, SH-71 — is exactly as painful as it sounds. Whether the destination is the Bullock Texas State History Museum (1800 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701), the Texas Memorial Museum on the UT campus (2400 Trinity St, Austin, TX 78712), or a longer run down to Natural Bridge Caverns outside San Antonio, a charter bus keeps the entire group together on a single, coordinated schedule.
Private charter buses offer real advantages over traditional yellow school buses: climate-controlled cabins beat Texas heat from September through May, flat-screen monitors handle educational videos or movies on longer drives, and deep undercarriage bays store sack lunches, science equipment, and instrument cases without anyone hauling anything through an exhibit hall. Onboard restrooms on select vehicles cut out the roadside pit stop on drives past 45 minutes. ADA-accessible buses are always available — just give us notice ahead of your departure date.
Call 512-375-4204 for school field trip bus rentals in Austin.

Austin Sporting Event Transportation
Austin sports fans are dealing with a genuinely new problem: the city's sports infrastructure grew faster than its road network. Q2 Stadium (1208 E 2nd St, Austin, TX 78702) — home of Austin FC — sits in East Austin near Airport Boulevard, and on match days the East 2nd Street corridor and the surrounding neighborhoods fill with foot traffic while the I-35 frontage road backs up toward US-183. Paid parking around Q2 runs $20–$40 and the closest lots sell out on rivalry nights.
A charter bus drops your supporters' section at the stadium's main plaza entrance and waits nearby for the post-match pickup.
For UT Longhorns games at Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium (405 E 23rd St, Austin, TX 78712), the situation is more extreme: 100,000-seat capacity means the entire UT campus and surrounding Guadalupe Street corridor become pedestrian-only from two hours before kickoff. Parking within a 10-minute walk of the stadium runs $60–$100 on sold-out days. A charter bus drops your crew at the designated gate approach and picks everyone up when the horns stop playing.
We highly recommend reviewing the Austin special events traffic page before your visit. Call 512-375-4204 today.

Austin Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Austin's wedding venue landscape stretches across a wide geography — lakeside estates in Bee Cave, renovated warehouses in East Austin, historic Hill Country ranches off US-290, and rooftop venues above downtown. That spread is what makes a coordinated wedding shuttle service genuinely necessary: guests staying at the Hotel ZaZa on East 11th or the Kimpton Hotel Van Zandt on Lavaca Street cannot reasonably navigate the unmarked back roads of the Texas Hill Country on a Saturday night, even with GPS.
A wedding minibus runs a clean loop from the hotel to the ceremony and back, keeping the timeline tight and guests comfortable in the Texas heat between venues. Nobody in the wedding party navigates unfamiliar county roads in formal wear. For the bridal party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo makes the right first impression at the ceremony entrance.
Since 2011, Party Bus In Austin has coordinated wedding transportation for ceremonies across Travis, Hays, and Williamson Counties — clear pickup windows, staged departures, and a single point of contact from the first quote to the final send-off. Call 512-375-4204 for a free wedding transportation quote.

Austin Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Texas Hill Country wine trail sits almost entirely within an hour of downtown Austin — and it is genuinely worth the trip. US-290 West from Austin through Dripping Springs and into Fredericksburg passes through the highest concentration of Texas wineries in the state: Becker Vineyards (464 Becker Farms Rd, Stonewall, TX 78671), William Chris Vineyards (10352 US-290, Hye, TX 78635), and Duchman Family Winery (13308 Farm to Market 150, Driftwood, TX 78619) are all reachable on the same afternoon route. The problem is that US-290 is a two-lane highway with no shoulder and zero tolerance for anyone behind the wheel after a few pours.
A party bus for your Austin winery tour means the group goes from tasting room to tasting room in one vehicle, no one watches what they drink at each stop, and everyone gets home the same way they arrived. Closer to town, a pub crawl through the Rainey Street Historic District or along East Sixth Street benefits from the same logic: your group stays together at every stop, and the last-call logistics take care of themselves. Call 512-375-4204 for a free quote on your Austin winery tour or pub crawl bus rental.

Frequently Asked Questions About our Austin Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Austin, Texas?
Austin party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, travel date, and how many hours you need. General ranges: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Peak dates like SXSW week, ACL festival weekends, and UT home games tighten supply and push rates upward.
Call 512-375-4204 for an exact, all-inclusive number — our online tool returns a quote in under 30 seconds.
Where does a charter bus drop off and pick up at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport?
Charter and commercial buses pick up and drop off on the lower Arrivals level curbside at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), in the designated Ground Transportation lane east of the baggage claim exits. For pickups, the full group should collect all luggage and assemble together before the bus is called to the curb — AUS enforces active loading and staging windows are short. For departures, the bus drops your group at the upper Departures level at the appropriate airline entrance.
We recommend checking the official AUS ground transportation page before your arrival for current lane assignments.
When is the busiest time to rent a party bus in Austin, and when should I book?
Austin has four predictable demand spikes that drain the fleet fast: SXSW (March), when downtown streets around the Convention Center close and rideshare surges to 3–4x; ACL Fest weekends (October), when Zilker Park pulls 75,000 people per day; Formula 1 at Circuit of the Americas (October), which pulls 400,000+ across the race weekend; and prom season (late April–May) across a dozen metro school districts simultaneously. For those windows, booking 3–6 months out is the only reliable way to secure your vehicle and rate. For UT game days and standard weekend nights, 2–4 weeks of lead time is workable — but the earlier you call, the better your options.
Can a charter bus get into Circuit of the Americas for the Formula 1 Grand Prix?
Circuit of the Americas (9201 Circuit of the Americas Blvd, Austin, TX 78617) sits southeast of downtown off SH-130 and draws well over 400,000 visitors across the full F1 weekend — making it the largest single-weekend sporting event in Texas history. The circuit operates a large on-site parking complex, but charter buses and oversized vehicles use dedicated credentialed vehicle lanes rather than standard GA parking. Designated charter staging areas are on the circuit's eastern perimeter.
SH-130 and the US-71/SH-130 interchange back up for miles in the hours before and after each session — a charter bus booked for the race weekend boards everyone from a single downtown Austin pickup and delivers them to the circuit gates as a group. We strongly recommend booking F1 transportation 4–6 months in advance; the entire South Austin and East Austin vehicle supply commits out early for that weekend. Check the official COTA visitor information page before your race weekend for current transportation and access details.
Where do charter buses park at Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium for UT games?
Parking at and around Darrell K Royal Stadium on UT home game days is heavily managed by the university. Charter buses and oversized vehicles are directed to designated areas on the east and northeast sides of campus — typically staged on San Jacinto Boulevard or in the Manor Road corridor, away from the pedestrian-only zones that go into effect 2 hours before kickoff. All on-site stadium parking requires pre-purchased permits; none are sold at the gate.
We recommend checking the UT Parking & Transportation events page for your specific game date to confirm current bus staging zones and road closures before game day. For your group, a charter bus means no scrambling for individual permits — one vehicle, one arrangement, and a drop at the nearest credentialed gate approach.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Austin?
For most Austin events outside peak windows, 2–4 weeks of lead time keeps your options open. For SXSW, ACL Fest weekends, Formula 1 at COTA, and prom season — book 3–6 months out without question. Waiting past the 30-day mark for those dates usually means premium pricing or outright unavailability.
The safest rule: as soon as your headcount and date are confirmed, call 512-375-4204 and lock it in. Summer wedding season (May–August) and graduation weekends also tighten supply across the metro, so 2–3 months of lead time is smart for those dates as well.
Popular Austin Party Bus Destinations
An Austin party bus itinerary can run from a UT tailgate to a Hill Country winery tour to a late night on Rainey Street — all in the same day. Here are six destinations where group transportation genuinely changes the experience.

Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium
Home of the Texas Longhorns since 1924, Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium (405 E 23rd St, Austin, TX 78712) seats 100,119 — one of the ten largest stadiums in the country. On sold-out days, every road within a mile of the UT campus is at a standstill 90 minutes before kickoff. Parking within walking distance of the gates runs $60–$100 on premium game days, and it fills from the north along Guadalupe and from the east along Dean Keeton.
Charter buses stage on the campus periphery and drop groups at the nearest credentialed gate approach, cutting out the parking lottery entirely. Post-game, the exit crawl on I-35 South and Riverside Drive can hold traffic for 45 minutes — a party bus means your group decompresses together rather than sitting alone in separate cars.
Address: 405 E 23rd St, Austin, TX 78712
Phone: (512) 471-7437

Q2 Stadium
Opened in 2021, Q2 Stadium (1208 E 2nd St, Austin, TX 78702) is the home of Austin FC and the first soccer-specific stadium built in the city — 20,738 seats, a standing supporters' section in the north end, and a canopy that covers every seat. It sits just east of I-35 in the McKalla Place area near Rundberg Lane, and on match days the East 2nd Street approach backs up from the stadium entrance toward Airport Boulevard. Paid surface lots within a quarter mile of the stadium run $20–$40 per vehicle and sell out on rivalry nights.
A charter bus drops your crew at the main plaza on Berkman Drive, with staging available in nearby commercial lots. UT Longhorns soccer and high school playoff matches also use Q2 on non-MLS dates.
Address: 1208 E 2nd St, Austin, TX 78702
Phone: (512) 727-8197

Circuit of the Americas
Circuit of the Americas (9201 Circuit of the Americas Blvd, Austin, TX 78617) hosts the United States Formula 1 Grand Prix each October — the largest annual sporting event in Texas, drawing 440,000+ visitors across the full race weekend. The complex also hosts MotoGP, IndyCar, and major concerts at its 14,000-capacity amphitheater. SH-130 and the US-71/SH-130 interchange back up for miles in each direction during peak session arrivals; GA parking is plentiful but remote, with internal shuttles running from outlying lots to the main gate.
Charter buses use credentialed staging areas on the eastern perimeter for closer access. The venue is about 10 miles southeast of downtown Austin off US-71 East. For non-race events, access is considerably smoother.
Address: 9201 Circuit of the Americas Blvd, Austin, TX 78617
Phone: (512) 301-6600

Sixth Street Entertainment District
The 400 and 500 blocks of East Sixth Street (Austin, TX 78701) form Austin's most concentrated nightlife corridor — live music venues, dance clubs, rooftop bars, and dive bars packed into six blocks between Congress Avenue and I-35. On Friday and Saturday nights, the city closes East Sixth to vehicle traffic from 10 p.m. onward, turning the street pedestrian-only until 2 a.m. Rideshares are routed to designated pickup zones on Trinity Street and Red River Street, with wait times pushing past 30 minutes after midnight on busy nights.
A party bus for a Sixth Street pub crawl loads and drops at the Congress Avenue end before the street closes, then waits on a nearby side street for the return. The onboard bar means the night does not pause between clubs.
Address: E 6th St, Austin, TX 78701

Zilker Park & Barton Springs Pool
Zilker Park (2100 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78746) is the 350-acre green space south of Lady Bird Lake that anchors Austin's outdoor culture — home to Barton Springs Pool, Barton Creek Greenbelt access, the Umlauf Sculpture Garden, and two annual festivals that collectively draw 450,000+ visitors. During ACL Fest in October, Barton Springs Road becomes a controlled-access corridor with significant parking restrictions from Mopac to South Lamar; the city operates remote park-and-ride sites with free shuttles, but those fill early. A charter bus drops your festival group at the designated festival entry zones on Barton Springs Road well before the afternoon surge, and picks everyone up at an agreed gate exit when the headliners finish.
Address: 2100 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78746
Phone: (512) 974-6700

Moody Center
Opened in 2022, Moody Center (2001 Robert Dedman Dr, Austin, TX 78712) replaced the Frank Erwin Center as Austin's premier indoor arena — 15,000 seats for concerts, a 10,000-seat configuration for UT basketball, and a calendar that has already featured Taylor Swift, Coldplay, and Billie Eilish. It sits on the northeast corner of the UT campus, where Robert Dedman Drive meets Dean Keeton — an area with extremely limited surface parking even on non-event days. Concert nights bring all of UT's parking management into effect, with event lots requiring pre-purchased permits.
Charter bus drop-off is on Robert Dedman Drive at the main plaza entrance, steps from the Gate 1 box office. The closest rideshare staging is a 10-minute walk from the gates on a good night.
